Call for participation: BRAIN Initiative toolmaker social at the 2022 Society for Neuroscience Meeting

The BRAIN Initiative Alliance is hosting Tools, Tech & Theory: A BRAIN Initiative Social at the 2022 Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting on November 13, 2022. Applications are now open! 

The BRAIN Initiative Alliance (BIA) is seeking neurotechnology developers and engineers, as well as developers of theories, computational models, and analytical tools to feature at an in-person social event at the 2022 Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting, November 12-16, 2022, in San Diego, CA. Tools, Tech & Theory: A BRAIN Initiative Social is an exciting opportunity for toolmakers to interact with the research community, as well as network with one another! 

Date: November 13, 2022 

Time: 6:30 p.m. PT – 9:30 p.m. PT 

Location: Exact location TBD; San Diego, CA 

Are you interested in being featured at this year’s event? Please complete your application by September 16, 2022. You will be notified in late September if you have been selected. 

In order to be eligible, your tool must be ready for the community to use, and you must be available in person during the date and time of the social. Tools or technology that are appropriate for sharing at this event are typically ready for distribution and/or use by multiple other members of the research community (i.e., at or beyond a pre-commercialization stage or have limited commercial distribution).
