Upcoming NIH BRAIN Initiative Multi-Council Working Group meeting

Please join us for the next virtual NIH BRAIN Initiative Multi-Council Working Group meeting on May 14, 2024. Videocast will be available for the open session. 

Next week, the BRAIN Initiative Multi-Council Working Group (MCWG) will hold its twenty-eighth meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, to discuss the ongoing progress of the NIH BRAIN Initiative. Dr. John Ngai, Director of the NIH BRAIN Initiative, will open the meeting with updates on the BRAIN Initiative, including budget updates, new scientific advancements, updates to the transformative projects, and recognizing 10 years of BRAIN-funded research with activities like the BRAIN at 10 Blog series (check out the kick-off post here) and upcoming 10th Annual BRAIN Initiative Conference.  

The meeting will also feature a presentation by National Institute for Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Program Director, Dr. Natalie Trczinski. Dr. Trczinski from the BRAIN Dissemination Program will present a concept for funding focused on promoting equity through BRAIN technology dissemination partnerships.
