The BRAIN Neuroethics Working Group (NEWG) will hold a two-day hybrid Workshop on the Ethics of Sharing Individual Level Human Brain Data Collected in Biomedical Research virtually and in-person in Bethesda, Maryland on Monday, July 17, 2023 and Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The purpose of this workshop is to explore meaningful ways to categorize human brain data by potential risks of data sharing and any resulting differences in how to treat data and to articulate points-to-consider for researchers in disclosing the potential risks of sharing human brain data.

The meeting agenda, NIH Videocast links, and registration details are available on the workshop website. Please also view the meeting summary(pdf, 560 KB).
