Upcoming workshop on focused ultrasound for neuromodulation: considerations for translation
The BRAIN community may be interested in an upcoming workshop on Monday, November 9, 2020, which will discuss obstacles to translation and safety considerations for clinical applications of focused ultrasound for neuromodulation in humans.

The BRAIN Initiative at Neuroscience 2019
The recent conference for the Society for Neuroscience gave many BRAIN Initiative-funded researchers the chance to showcase their newly developed technologies that are helping to drive neuroscience forward. Nearly 30,000 people from 75 countries attended the meeting, held October 19-23 in Chicago, Illinois.
Soliciting Comments on BRAIN’s Strategic Plan and Draft Neuroethics Roadmap
Initial thoughts on BRAIN’s strategic plan from the Advisory Committee to the NIH Director BRAIN Initiative Working Group 2.0 are open for public comment through May 15, 2019. In parallel, a draft Neuroethics Roadmap from the BRAIN Neuroethics Subgroup is now open for public comment through May 20, 2019.
Upcoming January Meetings for the NIH BRAIN Initiative Neuroethics and Multi-Council Working Groups
