This three-day, hybrid workshop, taking place August 9-11, 2023, provides an opportunity to learn about multiphoton characterization of fluorescent probes. Registration is now open!

Dr. Nicole Ann Aponte Santiago is a current F32 award recipient who used the funding opportunity to investigate in vivo brain development. The F32 funding opportunity supports the research training of promising postdoctorates early in their postdoctoral training period.

The in-person briefing allowed members of Congress and key staffers to learn about breakthroughs in research from the BRAIN Initiative and to engage with a BRAIN study participant directly benefitting from advanced neurotechnologies.  

NINDS and the Fundamental Neuroscience Working Group (FNWG) will host a public webinar on July 27 from 12-1 pm ET to present draft recommendations and seek public input through a Q&A session.  

This hybrid workshop, taking place on July 17-18, will explore the inferences that can be made from human brain data and the potential risks of sharing human brain data, through panel presentations from researchers, ethicists, and research participants.
